Home Skills Classes
Today many family members are unable to iron a shirt, cook a roast chicken, hem a pair of pants or sew a loose button. Classes in cooking and sewing are provided for children and adults to help families live a pleasant, less stressful home.
Safety Skills Classes
Many children walk home from school and are alone until a caregiver arrives from work. Many of these children are also looking after younger siblings. Safety Education Classes teach home safety skills that prepare this generation for adulthood. Popular Safety Classes include Babysitter Training, At Home Alone, A Girls Way and Cybersafety. Teresa is the Kidproof Community Coordinator of PG who offers Kidproof Safety Classesas well as a Red Cross Training Partner.
